HA Hosting Service Status - Notice history

One of our suppliers has informed us of upcoming works as below. We will take this connection out of service before the window and customers should not be affected by this work.

During this window, we will be performing upgrades to our core router in Equinix LD8, London.

This maintenance requires a full power down of the device to install new control boards and routing-engines into the device running new JUNOS.

Customers with services fed directly from core1-ld8 will experience an outage of approximately 30 minutes during this window.

Other external connectivity such as peering and transit will be re-routed to alternative paths cleanly before the outage.
