    We will be carrying out urgent security maintenance on our managed firewall platform on Sunday 25 October, 08:00 to 17:00 (GMT).

    This work applies the latest vendor security updates in response to a recently published vulnerability. Each managed firewall will be moved onto a fully patched system, with its existing rules and configuration unchanged.

    Expected impact: each firewall will have a brief interruption of up to about 15 minutes while it is switched over. Firewalls are done one at a time throughout the window, so most services won't be affected for most of the day.

    No action is needed from customers. We'll update this page as the work progresses and when it's complete.
