HA Hosting Service Status - net-edge-telehouse-east outage – Incident details

We have been updated by the carrier and the outage was caused by maintenance work that wasn't relayed to us. Information attached for transparency.

We have carried out diagnostics for the date and time specified for reported circuit ID:LON/NEA/LE-689504 under Colt ticket#1-82234240171, including checking for historical alarms and performing a search of our databases to determine if any major network incident or Colt official planned maintenance affected the service reported, We found that service was impacted due to planned maintenance activity in colt. 1-82036406291."

We have now returned this connection to service

It appears one of our lines is currently flapping the issue appears to be in Telehouse East in London.

We have removed this line from service till it stablises
